PERFORMANCE LIFESTYLE ADVISOR
A Performance Lifestyle Advisor supports athletes on a one-to-one basis to ensure they perform at their best. Focusing on the athlete’s personal and professional development, a Performance Lifestyle Advisor helps them to manage distractions, set and review goals and lead a balanced lifestyle. This holistic role goes beyond an athlete’s competition and includes tips such as building a career after their retirement from sport, nutrition and time-management.
