DISABILITY LIAISON OFFICER
A Disability Liaison Officer works with a sports club’s disabled supporters, staff and visitors to ensure that their needs are met. Working to legislation laid out in the 2010 Equality Act, they resolve issues and manage any queries their clients have. They seek advice from clients and help provide improvements in services, access and facilities at the sports club.
