DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT
A Digital Marketing Assistant works on a sports organisation’s online platforms to help increase business revenue. Typical tasks include uploading content, reporting on analytics, drafting press releases, overseeing the customer-relationship management (CRM) database, running email and text message (SMS) campaigns and producing content calendars. Working to the organisation’s media strategy, they develop innovative ideas for online and offline marketing while supporting the Digital Marketing Manager through day-to-day activities.
